Dunno if you are still looking for someone but I would love to make games/toons with you, your stuff is awesome. What sort of experience/skills are you looking for? is this a specific project or just coding stuff in general?
I am a decent programmer, bu I can't draw and suck at coming up with complete ideas. unfortunately my only submission on newgrounds is a little soundboard and I don't have much else up around the intertubes.
